The buildings in this business park are designed to optimize spaces, maximize productivity, promote a positive work spirit and empower their employees.
It's full of greenery and public spaces where people can relax and enjoy their days while working!
The spaces in the buildings are human centered designed to create an atmosphere of communication, openness, transparency and team work.
The park is also designed with the circular economy principles in mind. By using renewable energy, installing green rooftops, with a design for disassembly and by using materials certified in the Cradle to Cradle certification.
Also, it offers other services such as restaurants, an auditorium and theatre, an area for electric vehicle charging, a beach volleyball court, a greenhouse for growing produce, and more!.
