Hey guys!
Guess what? This past week has been amazing, I started a course on mindfulness and have been really loving it! I wanted to stop by, say hello and let you know I'm working on my skills to write better content for all of you.
Remember, you have to go after what you want. Put in the work. Put in the effort. The universe is always working for us and helping us get what we desire but we ALSO have to put the work in to get there.
Also, I decided to write this post in English because I've been noticing that I really need to practice my writing skills in the language. Maybe in Spanish too but let's just stick to English for now LOL.
This course I'm taking is in English so suddenly I find myself trying to find the right words to convey what I truly mean and It's not always so easy. Especially when I'm trying to express what I feel about something I really care about.
Anyway, I hope you are all well and are also working towards your goals and dreams. In the next post I'll tell you about another interesting workshop I did a few weeks ago about how to create your very own Vision Board!
